1. Agreement
By downloading or using Punchd, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple’s rules or applicable law.
2. Fitness and health notice
Punchd provides general fitness instruction, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Boxing fitness involves risk of injury.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have a health condition, injury, symptoms, or concerns about exercise. Use suitable equipment and space, inspect your heavy bag and mounting, wear appropriate hand protection, maintain safe technique, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, or unusual shortness of breath. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout is appropriate for you.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you. You may use Punchd only for lawful, personal purposes and as permitted by the Standard EULA.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent purchase restrictions, or use Punchd in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Punchd may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and a non-consumable lifetime purchase. Prices, trial availability, duration, and included features are shown before purchase. Apple processes payment using your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID subscription settings before renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings. Refund eligibility and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s policies and applicable law.
“Lifetime” means access for the supported commercial life of Punchd, not the lifetime of any individual person or device. We may change or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to your purchase.
5. Apple Health and third-party services
Apple Health integration is optional. You control Health permissions through Apple’s settings. Punchd also relies on services provided by Apple, PostHog, RevenueCat, and hosting providers. Their services may be unavailable or governed by separate terms. See the Punchd Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
6. Intellectual property
Punchd, its workout programming, audio, text, design, graphics, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your license is limited to the rights granted by the Standard EULA. No Punchd branding or content may be copied, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Punchd reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Punchd to improve the product, protect users, comply with law, or respond to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Punchd is provided subject to the disclaimers, warranty terms, and liability limits in Apple’s Standard EULA and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using Punchd at any time. Your license may end if you materially violate these terms or the Standard EULA. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions, will survive.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
